Greater Love

On the 13th of February, our school community came together for a meaningful outreach event titled “Greater Love.” This special initiative is a cornerstone of our school calendar, held annually on the 14th of February during the second term. This year, as the 14th fell on a weekend, we moved the event forward by one day to ensure the entire school could participate in this mission of kindness.

Outreach to Hope for All Africa

The heart of this year’s mission was a visit to the Hope for All Africa Children’s Home in Ajao Estate, Lagos. In preparation for the outreach, the response from our community was nothing short of heartwarming. Students, parents, and staff members generously donated:

  1. Food items and groceries
  2. Clothing and essential supplies
  3. Cash donations to support the home's operations

More Than Just an Act of Giving

“Greater Love” is designed to be a living classroom. It provides a unique opportunity to teach our students the core values of compassion, empathy, and service. By engaging directly with the children at the orphanage, our students saw firsthand that even small acts of kindness can make a profound difference in someone’s life.

"This initiative reminded us all that love is best expressed through action. By giving back, our students are learning life values that go far beyond the classroom walls."

A Lasting Impact

The collective effort of our parents, students, and educators made the event truly impactful. It was inspiring to see the school come together with a shared goal: to bring joy and relief to the children at Hope for All Africa.

Indeed, Greater Love lived up to its name, leaving a lasting impression on everyone involved and reinforcing the vital importance of kindness, generosity, and community support.
